摘要

针对导引头系统的特点,从火箭橇试验系统的振动源分析,开展导引头系 统火箭橇试验的振动力学环境控制技术分析,通过对火箭橇体结构的气动优化设计及聚 氦酯泡沫填充剂的吸振作用和硅橡肢的减振作用的组合方式相结合降低导引头系统振动 环境,并利用仿真分析和火箭橇试验验证力学环境控制系统设计的合理性。

Abstract

Aiming at the charactenstics of seeker system, analyzed from the vibration source of the rocket sled test system. Carry out control technical analysis of mechanical vibration environmental of seeker system rocket sled test, and reduce the combination of seeker system vibration environment by aerodynamic optimization of rocket sled structure and polyurethane foam filling agent of reducing vibration and vibration absorption and silicone rubber combinations. Verifies the rationality of the design of control system of mechanical environment by simulation analysis and rocket sled test.
